PRODUCT RECALL INFORMATION – AUGUST 2023
Electrolux Group has announced a voluntary recall of certain Frigidaire gas cooktops. Because of our commitment to product safety and to you, we are providing free replacement knobs for affected models. Please read this notice carefully and enter your model and serial numbers below to determine if your cooktop is affected.

Recall Reason
The reason for the recall is a safety issue with the cooktop’s plastic knobs, which can crack or break during use, posing a risk of gas leak or fire hazard. All impacted knobs have a black shaft and the new replacement knobs contain a chrome shaft.
You can continue to use knobs with a chrome-colored shaft as these are not included in the recall.

Locate your cooktop’s model and serial numbers. These can be found on a label on the underside of the cooktop.
